Chapter One: The New Mindset of Internet Marketing

Have you been watching other people make money on the Internet, and you’re ready to make the Internet work for you? Once you finish learning the Multiple Streams of Income System, you’ll be amazed at just how easy it is – and how profitable, too!

For a long time common wisdom said that to make money online you had to get good at one thing – find a niche market or specialty to capitalize on and spend all of your time working on it.

Of course you can take this approach. You can become a player in a niche market and capitalize on one particular talent or specialty. There are some marketers right now making money this way – but it’s the profits they’re missing out on that make it a poor business decision.

Why stop with one stream of income when you can have 10-50 or more tributaries of cash flowing into your bank account?

The new trend in making money on the Internet is to split your profit potential. This is known as creating multiple income streams, and it’s a choice that mean the difference between a comfortable bottom line and one that makes you fall over in shock.

Everything you’re about to learn, I’ve tried, tested, and am currently earning money with. None of it is complicated, outdated, or expensive to start. In fact, I turned my own operation into a multi-million dollar empire with just $50 and an Internet connection!

Your Road to Easy Riches

You’re probably thinking this all seems like a lot of work to set up and maintain. It doesn’t take as much effort as you might think – almost everything you’ll learn here today is based on an automated system.

That means you set it up, set it loose, and check in from time to time to tweak a few things here or there. Sure, signing up for programs, getting content on your blog or website, and basically doing the “grunt work” to get the ball rolling takes a few hours over a few days, but your returns over a matter of months for not much effort makes it all worth it.

You’re probably itching to get started, but before we do let’s take a look at a few of your multiple income stream possibilities. Maybe you’ve done some marketing or product placement and sales in the “real world,” but Internet marketing is a whole new ball game.

Getting used to the way information flows online can be a challenge. Luckily, there are several options for marketing on the ‘net so as you learn the systems, if you find you prefer one way over another, you can pick and choose – or tweak a system so that it fits in with the goals you set to achieve.

I’m going to start out with systems that are easy to set up, simple to automate, and allow you start earning money quickly and around the clock. Remember, the Internet is open 24/7, 3654 days a year, so your online sales tools need to be in proper working form.

What Do I Sell and Where Do I Sell It?

If you can think of something you’re good at, know a lot about, or just enjoy, you’re on your way to creating your niche. Now all you have to do is find a place to let the world know about it.

What do I mean by place? We’ll get into more detail later, but for now think of a place online as a website, a web log (blog), a content page, a review site or other place you can go to show off your knowledge – and rake in the profits.

You want to position yourself as an expert because you’re trying to build a niche market. You want to advertise your specialty and toot your own horn. That makes other people spread the word about you, too.

The nice thing about most of your niche options is that you don’t have to be a web coding genius to do any of them. Sure, learning a little code won’t hurt your chance of success, but you can get started without it.

If you can do an Internet search and type an informative paragraph or two of text, you’ll do fine putting your niche content together. Many of the other ways to make money online use the talents of others to put the Internet to work for you. That’s great for the average ‘net marketer!

You’re someone who is probably always busy anyway. You work hard at your job, trying to make ends meet, and you see this as the perfect way to cut back your hours and work less or maybe quit working outside of the home altogether.

That means options that just require you to sign up, add a button to your website or spread the word by using the websites of others are a great time saver for you! I’m going to show you how to take advantage of this.

Do you have a product to sell online, or an idea for one? Excellent! I’ll go over direct product sales later in the guide. You’ve never heard of direct product sales? Don’t worry, it’s new to a lot of people. You’ve seen direct product sales online if you’ve ever surfed the Internet.

Trust me, you’re more familiar with them than you think.

What about affiliate marketing? We’ll talk about both sides of affiliate marketing. You can work both sides at once and double your profits – or focus on one aspect of affiliate marketing (as an affiliate or the program owner) and add the other part later. Both options are pretty easy if you know what tools to use online.

To run an affiliate program, you need a product you can sell. Then you need a place to sell it online, and a way to pay the people who sign up to sell it for you. To become an affiliate yourself, you’ll sell another person’s product.

The same places online that can help you become an affiliated seller also have a flip side. They also help people find products to represent. The income potential with affiliate marketing on both sides varies.

Some product sellers give a generous percentage to their affiliates. Some affiliates don’t have the web traffic to generate the large sales number you want. Finding a balance is key to being successful on either end of the affiliate scale.

I’ll cover how to run an affiliate program, how to be an affiliate yourself and how to enhance both later on in The Multiple Streams of Income System.

Profiting Through Participation

Are there other ways to make money with less effort? Sure there are. I’ll go over those, too. Not only can you make money with little effort, but the road to easy profits is paved with perks.

You can take advantage of programs that pay when you give your opinion, take surveys and click on links. Taking surveys and giving your opinions is a great way to turn idle Internet surfing time into cash. There are some pitfalls you have to keep an eye out for, but I’ll go over those with you too.

Of course, taking surveys and giving your opinions can quickly become time consuming. But if you’re with the right survey and opinion companies, it’s worth it and I’ll show you how to choose a survey company.

What did I mean by clicks? There are a lot of companies out there selling ad space online. They offer you, the Internet surfer, the chance to click on ads for rewards. Some rewards are cool stuff, since click sites are the best way to get promotional items, but some rewards are cold, hard cash.

If you can sign up with a major click site that offers both you’ll get the most return for your time. Sure, clicking links isn’t difficult, but just like participating in the surveys and opinions sites it can be time consuming. The key is to figure out the sites that won’t waste your time by making it impossible to earn cash or cool stuff.

I’ll spend some time teaching you about click sites, survey sites and opinions sites and I’ll go over some of the companies that have the best reputations for being reliable, not spamming you and for delivering the goods.

Making Money with Money

A new trend in Internet income streaming is to invest in online monetary systems. I’ll teach you about this, but it’s not for the faint of heart. Still, the profits to be made are incredible since some people are too timid to go for it.

If you want to invest real money in online currency you have be that rare combination of cautious and a risk taker. You have to be cautious enough and alert enough to spot a scam. You also have to be enough of a risk taker to invest your money online.

I’ll cover a few basic places to invest your money online, and go over some common scams to avoid. With a little planning, investing only what you could afford to lose, and keeping your eyes open, you’ll be just fine.

The Big Question: How Do I Drive Traffic to My Money System?

You’re probably wondering how on Earth you’ll let people know about your income streams, your websites, your affiliate programs and everything else. There’s nothing to worry about at all.

I’m going to show some Internet marketing strategies that can turn your ideas into real money. Will you become a millionaire company like I did super quick? Anything is possible. If you’re motivated, you can see your income grow by leaps and bounds as time goes on.

Do people become wealthy in weeks or months doing this? Some do. I know I did. I invested a lot of time and effort into setting up my Internet marketing streams – but you’re getting a shortcut to the systems while I had to do some trial and error testing.

Do I see you retiring on these plans? I see you retiring in a better way than you could have imagined. If you follow the system step-by-step, you could definitely be retiring soon.

So my last post was about how you can become an expert in any niche. The easy way to make money online, is to become an expert. I hope you took that advice already, if not, just research the topic you want to become an expert in. Read books, ebooks and so on. If you haven’t already, “Read This Post Here” It will help you become an expert before you create your product.

STEP 2: Now that you’ve become an expert in your niche, you just need to create a product on what you’ve learned! You should have taken notes as you did your research on the niche you want to become an expert in. So just take these notes and write about the topic. If you didn’t take notes, just take an hour or so, and write down notes on what you read. If you need, go back over some of the books, ebooks you read.

You can make your product in a simple format. Such as word doc, or even notepad. You just need to create your product first, I’ll go over later how to create a PDF.

Here’s a simple outline for your product:

Intro to product (here just talk about the outline of what the product is. How you came to the point of creating this product, something about yourself and so on)

Chapter 1-5 (Write down 5 subjects on the topic you want to create your product on, then just expand on each subject to create each chapter of your product.)

Product Name (Name your product after you complete the product itself. Name it something with buzz to it. Such as “The Shocking Truth Of How To Make Money Online” Or you can make it simple like “How To Make Money Online, The Easy Way!”. Keep in mind these are just examples of product names. You can choose any niche you’d like.

You can! Go to a book store and read a few books on the subject, that’s the first step to becoming an expert. Research…

To become a true expert, just keep researching on the topic. Read more books. Join forums/blogs on the subject and before you know it, it will all come natural to you.

My next few posts will make this much more clear for you. But I don’t want to over-load you with a TO-DO-LIST right now.

Sorry for the delay with posting here. We’ve been working on a bunch of projects. I’m going to start posting much more, now that our project is complete.

As you already probably know, I won the internet marketer of the year award. Since then I haven’t really given a response to the IM public (other then at Russell’s seminar)

Instead of making this all about me, I wanted to give you guys some content at the same time and share an article I wrote for our magazine “Rapid Business Growth”.

WHAT IT TAKES TO GET TO THE TOP

“Being presented with the Internet marketer of the year award has truly been an honor. We’ve worked very hard/smart to get to the top and to see that the marketing community has acknowledged that, means a lot to us. You must be wondering, what does it take to become the “Internet Marketer Of the Year”? That’s what we’re going to be going over is this article. Although I have limited space here to teach “what it takes” I’ll do my best to explain the main fundamentals.

Before we get into detail, let me first tell you. I started out with nothing. I built this marketing business from the ground up. I didn’t get any helping hand to get into this market. With that said, understand that you can do it too. You don’t need to have a large amount of money to invest nor do you even need to know much about the market you’re trying to get into (when getting started). What you need is:

1. Vision:

You need to know exactly what you want and you must have a vision of that. If you don’t have a vision of where you want to go, how will you know when you get there? You won’t! And the bad part about that is, if you don’t know when you’ve reached your goal of being at the top, you may end up realigning your business without knowing it.

So, first things first, get a vision of where you want to go with your business, specifically.

2. Determination:

Determination is probably one of the most important aspects of success in general. If you never give up, you will succeed. When aiming for the top, failure is not an option. Doing whatever it takes, is the attitude you need for success.

Your only concern is “when” your level of success will come, not “if” Meaning you know for a fact that your success is coming, you have “timed” goals in place and you’re going to do whatever it takes to reach those goals.

3. One Step Ahead Marketing Plan:

When aiming for the top, you need to be one step ahead of everyone else with your marketing plan. You need to live and breath marketing. It doesn’t matter what niche you’re in.

Even if you own a retail store, marketing is key. You need to use every marketing strategy that’s working (example: Google adwords, Article marketing, ebay marketing and so on) and even continue to test new marketing strategies continuously. You must develop your own unique marketing strategies as you build your business. How do you do that? It’s easy. When you continue to study marketing, you will start develop your own marketing ideas to test. So the key is, to read everything you can on marketing!

4. Identify Your Top Competitors:

If you want to get to the top, you need to know who you’re trying to be better then. So identify your top competitors in your market and align yourself with them as much as possible. How do you do that? Go to seminars, become their affiliate, email them, buy their products.

5. Buy Your Top Competitors Products:

Stay up to date with your top competitors sales process. Buy their products and see what happens after. Keep a log of what they do after you buy. Do you get a letter in the mail? If so, when did it come? How many day’s later? Did you get a phone call from them? What was it about? Most likely they wanted to sell you some sort of back-end product. What were the price points? These are all important things to know when trying to get to the top.

Because if they’re your main competitors, they must be doing something right. More then likely, they’re doing a lot of things right! All it takes to find out most of your competitors marketing secrets, is to simply buy their products!

In closing, I just want you to know that it’s possible for you to get to the top. (If you haven’t already) All it really takes is mastering the fundamentals. After that, success comes easy.”

WOW!! What a great response. From looking at your response, most of you are just looking for an easy way to make some extra money online.

Before I go into detail of what the best ways for making money online are, I’d like to first talk about your “mind set”.

Before you do anything online, you need to start thinking outside of the box.

What I mean by this is, I see some of you have said things like “if you really want to help , teach us for free!”.

Here’s the real truth. I teach what I know and people pay for my expertise. HINT: You can do the same!

That is not to say I’m not going to teach you anything here in this blog, I am and I will. I’ll also review products,talk about products I recommend (products I know will help you to start making money online)

So, why am I telling you this?

Because If you watch what I do here and you start thinking outside the box, You can copy my process!

So, with every post I write here, start thinking outside the box.

If I review a product here, take notes of how I do it. Pay attention to what my emails say to get you here.

This blog will be a live example of how you can make money online. Simply duplicate the process!

One thing you must realize right here and now is that for you to make money online, a sale must be made.

You may say well, that’s just common sense.

But then I ask you, why when people try to sell you something, you say “they just want to sell me something!” (I know not all of you think like this, but some of you do. You must change this thinking to start making money online)

When you go to a sales page and buy a product online, look at the sales process.

What can you learn from it? What payment process are they using? What made you read the sales letter and buy the product? Can you learn any new marketing strategies on the sales letter?

I know some of you won’t get it from the start. But in time, you will. Your assignment for this week, is to start thinking outside the box.

When you do, you’ll see a completely different world!
